567/ 966

Simulated rank (best move): 660

Repertoire opening: rank 489

Fast, but hits soft and has a big hitbox. Start with Thunder Shock and bond Hyper Voice (or Discharge); carry Lucky Egg. What lifts it most is Thunder Shock, and its stats hold it back.
