Simulated rank (best move): 757

Repertoire opening: rank 594

Low HP and a small hitbox, though it shrugs off enemy types. Start with Dragon Rage and bond Hyper Voice and Dragon Dance; carry Lucky Egg. What lifts it most is Dragon Rage, and its stats hold it back.
