351/ 966

Simulated rank (best move): 509

Repertoire opening: rank 416

Average speed, HP and damage and it shrugs off enemy types. Start with Sludge and bond Hyper Voice (or Toxic); carry Lucky Egg. What lifts it is its start move, but the moves it learns hold it back.
